By booking:  I understand that energy work is a gentle, sometimes hands on technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that energy work practitioners neither diagnose conditions, prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment plan of a licensed medical professional. I understand that energy work does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that energy work may complement, but should not be used as a subsitute for any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I understand that a hands-on or hands-off energy work technique is my personal choice. I acknowledge that long term energy imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions. I understand that individual results may vary by client; therefore, their effectiveness depends on the client and no guarantee can be made regarding the results of its use. I understand and agree that Wild Moon Witchery, its owners, and its employees claim no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, both directly and indirectly, as a result of the session I received. I also agree to contact my energy work or hypnosis practitioner in the event of any issues that should arise from the session I received. I understand that all information shared with Wild Moon Witchery will be held in the strictest of confidence. All sessions are fully non-refundable.
